Section 70
A lump sum court fee of

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 69, a lump sum court fee of five hundred rupees shall be levied in any of the following matters and related cases:-
(a) registration of land, namsari or cancellation of such registration or namsari,
(b) Receipts and Claims for Compensation,
(c) Claims for demand for documents, promissory notes, sureties, confessions, etc.,
(d) demand that the person sitting in the house or land should not be lifted or lifted,
(e) Claims that water is not allowed to be constructed or brought from dams, pans or culverts or that water has been used in a roll-off manner,
(f) demands for the opening or closing of exits, windows or doors, keeping, adding or closing windows, doors or shutters,
(g) to refrain from doing any work or to demand the issuance of an injunction or injunctive order to compel the doing of any work,
(h) determination of full competence, semi-competence or disability of a person,
(i) Divorce,
(j) maintaining relationship,
(k) a demand for a judicial declaration in relation to the death of a person or a claim for the annulment or modification of a judicial declaration,
(l) Request for initiation or not of Damasahi proceedings,
(d) appointment or removal of Guthi directors,
(d) appointment or removal of a guardian,
(n) appointment or removal of Mathwar,
(i) Claim or annulment of usufruct, but if the value is mentioned, court fee will be charged based on the value.
(h) Claim or Cancellation of Facility Charges.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), a court fee of one thousand rupees shall be levied in the following cases:-
(a) Claims for ascertaining or assigning a portion of the share in the shareable property,
(b) without writing or paper.
(3) In case of any dispute related to any other unopened contract other than what is written in sub-section (1) and (2), a lump sum court fee of two thousand five hundred rupees will be charged.
